What Gets in the Way of Conversation: Conflict and How to Make it Productive in Our Relationships and Conversations via Red Door Project (In Person)
In the best conversations, conflict is at times uncomfortable, but it should never be unproductive. Rather, it should be about the intersection and collision of diverse viewpoints to draw out our best, most passionate and creative ideas. Learning to navigate conflict is a competency that is often overlooked, yet the benefits of a toolkit that can help make conflict productive, and in service of the greater good, can’t be overstated. This session will offer participants a model for having a conversation, even highly conflicted conversation, productively.
