In these restorative sound baths, you’ll be guided through a soothing sonic journey using a 36” German crafted gong, crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and a coast drum. Let the gentle vibrations and layered tones release lingering tension, invite ease, and support a sense of openness and balance. Like mist settling over evergreens, this experience encourages stillness and renewal, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and gently re-centered.
