Do you want to write with others in a supportive environment?

Join Write Around Portland and Friendly House for a weekly, hands-on writing workshop, open to all members. This workshop invites you to try writing alongside other people by putting your pen to paper and seeing what shows up on the page. Spelling, grammar, and handwriting don’t matter! Using the acclaimed Write Around Portland model, this group will explore different kinds of creative writing over 10 weeks together. The group finishes with an anthology publication and public reading.

All materials and snacks are provided. Great for writers of all levels and experience.
