An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
A flowing movement class combining strength training, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance exercise geared to those with arthritis and other chronic conditions.
This class will combine standing low impact dance with a multicultural flair, core and whole body strengthening, as well as cardio intervals. We will end with mindfulness exercises. Come and experience the joy of movement and community while celebrating your unique self!
