An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until October 29, 2022
Incorporate elements of an aerobic workout while performing movements inspired by Salsa music! It’s a combination of stylized Latin ballroom dances, traditional footwork from Latin America and the influence of America’s Hip Hop combinations. All music being influenced by one another in beats and sounds from the Caribbean islands, Africa, Cuba, Mexico and the US. No experience necessary; everyone is welcome!
