Fall Prevention Seminar
Falls are the leading cause of injury and death among Oregonians age 65 and older. Our goal is to provide older adults information and tools to help prevent falls and continue living an active, healthy life. In this workshop you will learn more about brain health, common reasons for falling, medication interactions and small changes to prevent falls. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
