EPS Presents: End of Life Resource Fair

Elder Pride Services (EPS) is hosting the End of Life Resource Fair with various providers of end-of-life services. Talk directly with funeral directors, death doulas, legal resources, hospice providers, and caregiving supports as well as grief support groups, death cafe facilitators, musicians who grant end-of-life wishes, and more. Brief presentations throughout the day will address important topics on planning and preparedness with a compassionate lens on the LGBTQ+ community.
